Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

General Policies
Please do not call the school for any ticket inquiries or concerns. All of our ticket sales run through the Theatre Dept., so Century's staff in the main office will be unable to assist you. Since we teach all day, we cannot run a traditional box office that can take phone calls. For any ticketing concerns, please email ruthan@sd25.us, and we can help you within 24 hours of receiving your email during the working day. Weekends excluded. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Diamondback Dramatics!!

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Century High School). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
